Setting goals can be the best decision you ever make

When starting CrossFit the best thing you can do for yourself is set achievable goals. Determine what you want to achieve and create a plan for how you’re going to go about reaching it. Our coaches can help you determine a realistic approach to getting where you want to go! As in life, the biggest key is consistency and showing up to put in the work. Write your goals down and share them with a fellow athlete to help hold you accountable. The best part about working towards your goals at Washington Park CrossFit is the community, supporting one another to become the best version of yourselves!

Each Saturday, Washington Park CrossFit hosts a workout free to the community at 10am unless otherwise stated on our calendar (subject to change due to events or holidays)
