We’re super excited to announce TWO new coaches at WPCF! Madison and Lindsi. If you workout at 6am, you’ve probably already met Madison! Lindsi will be officially joining us this month.

Madison was born and raised in Memphis, TN where she played multiple sports mostly excelling in softball. Madison moved to Winston-Salem in 2013 for grad school where she graduated in 2015 as an Occupational Therapist. When she first moved to Winston-Salem, getting connected to a CrossFit gym helped her gain a sense of community. She fell in love with CrossFit! Madison became L1 certified in 2017. Madison is also a brain injury specialist, adjunct faculty for OTA students, and a BIRTHFIT coach. Outside of work and coaching, Madison loves to adventure with her husband, her daughter, and their pup Winnie.

Lindsi is originally from Ohio and moved to North Carolina in 2017. Growing up, she had a passion for gymnastics and cheerleading which lead to being a cheerleader at Bowling Green State University. She’s been involved with CrossFit since 2017 and coaching since 2020. Lindsi is married to Travis and they have a golden retriever (Tilly) and recently welcomed baby boy Aiden to the world in January! Lindsi enjoys traveling, working out and being by the water. Fun fact : she is a triplet!
